Local Church Services

This training is designed for churches who want to move beyond talking about prayer to developing a strategic and effective focus. The training includes: Saturday morning training; Saturday afternoon strategy session and preaching on Sunday focused on prayer.

This training/coaching is designed to help churches move through conflict in healthy and transformational ways. The topics include understanding that conflict is normal, necessary, and needed if the church is to experience healthy and transformational relationships. The training provides tools for resolving unhealthy conflict and creating a climate where we can love through transformational conflict.  The training includes: Saturday morning training; Saturday afternoon strategy session and preaching on Sunday focused on transformational conflict.

This training is hands-on and is designed to help churches develop a clear mission statement, passionate core values, and compelling vision description for the future of the church. The training includes: Friday evening focused on mission and Saturday morning focused on core values and Saturday afternoon focused on vision development.  

NCS can deliver a full Church assessment that focuses on the overall health of the church, the capacity of the leadership, attitude of the church, facility assessment, observation of first impressions, and worship.  The assessment report identifies the uniqueness of each congregation, provides a summary report, as well as specific recommendations on steps to help the church move to increased health and effectiveness in fulfilling the mission of the church. 

This training provides tools to assess current ministries and determine what needs to be kept, changed, deleted, and added to increase the effectiveness in fulfilling the vision of the church. The event includes: Friday evening and Saturday morning focus on evaluation and Saturday afternoon focused on priority determination for the future. Mission, Vision, and Values weekend is a pre-requisite to this training.

This training provides teaching and tools to help the local church lead, embrace and manage change well.  The focus is on understanding change dynamics, the importance of effective communication, managing conflict during change, and understanding how to pace change within the church.  The training includes: Friday evening and Saturday morning focus on managing and leading change successfully. 

This training focuses on assessing the effectiveness of current communication strategies and helping the church develop a strategy and plan to more effectively communicate and celebrate.  The training includes: Friday evening and Saturday morning focus on evaluation and developing a plan to communicate consistently and celebrate regularly.  

NCS provides customized coaching relationships with local churches.  The coaching includes assessment and other training events mentioned in the Local Church Services section of our website.  This 2-Year coaching relationship provides 6 on-site visits to develop a quality action plan to move the vision to reality.
